Our partners, acting as Data Controllers, provide us with basic contact information as part of our order process. We validate those details by contacting you, provision the training portal with these details, and send out a welcome email.
Upon your first login, you create your own unique password, which our staff or affiliates have no access to. We use session cookies to facilitate your unique login. As you engage with the training material in the portal, we track your progress via embedded code.
For webcast bookings, you must provide your first name, last name, and email address again so we can confirm a seat is available and register you with the webcast system.
The data collected is the minimum required to provide you with the training service and allow us to monitor usage of our product. You can contact us regarding any need to change your personal information.
