How We Collect Information

BT (acting as Data Controller) provide iTEL (acting as a Data Processor) basic contact information and as part of our order process, we will validate those details by contacting you.

We then provision the training portal with these details and email out a welcome email.

When you first login, you create your own unique password which iTEL staff or affiliates have no access to. We use session cookies as part of the technology that allows you to have a unique login. As you consume the training material in the portal, we can track your progress via code embedded in the training material.

If you book on a webcast, you will have to provide your first name, last name and email address again in order for iTEL to confirm a seat is available and for our webcast host to register you on to the webcast system.

The data we collect above is the minimum we can collect to provide you with the training service and allow iTEL to monitor usage of its product. You can contact iTEL regarding any need to change your personal information with the details provided in the Who We Are section above.
